Common use of 100 RECORDS Clause in Contracts

100 RECORDS. The Professional shall keep and maintain a record of the following expenses using generally acceptable accounting principles: direct personnel costs, Consultant costs and all other expenses pertaining to the Project. Such records shall be available to the Department at the Professional’s office for inspection and copying at mutually convenient times for a period of at least three (3) years beyond completion or termination of the contract.
