104 FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS. During any period in which the Professional is not in compliance with the terms of this Article 8, no compensation shall be paid by the Department to the Professional, and such failure to comply will result in the issuance of a notice of default to the Professional.
