11a Drug Possession and Paraphernalia. Possession or use of any illegal, and/or controlled substance, and/or prescription drug other than the person prescribed as well as drug paraphernalia used to consume said drugs is prohibited in the residential community. Drug paraphernalia includes 'bongs', pipes, and/or other devices that may be used to facilitate the consumption or use of illegal drugs. Possession of medical marijuana cards are not recognized on campus and in the residential facilities.
