01b Alcohol Paraphernalia. Possession of alcohol paraphernalia (empty bottles, cans, shot glasses, cocktail shakers, etc.) connote alcohol consumption and are therefore not permitted in Residential Community buildings by residents under the age of 21. Drinking games (water pong, kings cup etc.) are considered alcohol paraphernalia and promoting irresponsible drinking behavior and therefore are not permitted in the residential community unless it is a recognized educational program sponsored by the University or its affiliates.

01b Alcohol Paraphernalia. Kegs and other similar over-sized containers are expressly prohibited in or around the Community. Possession of alcohol paraphernalia (empty bottles, cans, cocktail shakers, etc.) connote alcohol consumption and are therefore not permitted in Community buildings by residents under the age of 21. Possession of a keg or cache of alcohol deemed a “common source” may result in license termination.

  • DRUGS & ALCOHOL Any incidents concerning drugs and/or alcohol shall be dealt with in accordance with the policy of the Building Industry Group Drug and Alcohol Safety and Rehabilitation Program as detailed in Appendix D of this Agreement.

  • Drugs and Alcohol The Pupil may be given the opportunity to provide a biological sample under medical supervision if involvement with drugs is suspected, or a sample of breath to test for alcohol consumed in breach of School rules or policy. A sample or test in these circumstances will not form part of the Pupil's permanent medical record.

  • Alcohol Use Alcohol use is the consumption of any beverage, mixture or preparation including any medication containing alcohol.

  • Alcohol & Drugs I understand that the possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages or illegal substances is prohibited at all game locations and Activities hosted by the Club. I understand that by not following the rules of the game, or by playing while intoxicated, or if there is any suspicion of intoxication, I will not be allowed to play and will not receive a refund.

  • DRUG AND ALCOHOL FREE WORKPLACE 20.1 All employees must report to work in a condition fit to perform their assigned duties unimpaired by alcohol or drugs.

  • DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING Employees may be tested for drugs and/or alcohol pursuant to the provisions of the Employer's Drug and Alcohol Testing Policy which is attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement as if more fully set forth herein.

  • DRUG & ALCOHOL POLICY The parties agree that employees represented by this Agreement shall be free from the influence of drugs and/or alcohol while at work. The Agency's Drug/Alcohol Policy will be adhered to by such employees.

  • Drug and Alcohol Policy 66.1 The Parties agree to apply the Drug and Alcohol Management Program (as amended from time to time)

  • Drug and Alcohol Testing Permitted Testing is permitted where the Employer has reasonable suspicion to believe.

  • Alcohol The intoxicating agent in beverage alcohol, ethyl alcohol or other low molecular weight alcohols including methyl and isopropyl alcohol.
