11A. 4 The Custodian shall provide to the Fund's Trustees at least annually, and more frequently if requested by the Fund, written reports specifying placement of the Fund's assets with each Eligible Foreign Custodian selected hereunder, and shall promptly report as to any material changes to the Fund's foreign custody arrangements.
