Common use of 144A Information Clause in Contracts

144A Information. The Issuer agrees to furnish to the Trustee, for each Noteholder or any prospective transferee of a Note at such Noteholder’s (or transferee’s) request, all information with respect to the Issuer or the Master Servicer, the Pledged Loans or the Notes required pursuant to Rule 144A promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, to enable such Noteholder to effect resales of the Notes (or interests therein) pursuant to such rule.
