Common use of 1Services Not Included in Basic Services Clause in Contracts

1Services Not Included in Basic Services. 9.1.1. 1The A/E shall provide the services listed in Sections 9.1.2 through 9.1.19 as Additional Services only when identified in the Agreement Form and approved in writing by the Contracting Authority in consultation with the Owner. 9.1.1. 2The Fee for the Additional Services listed in Sections 9.1.2 through 9.1.19 shall be paid as provided in the Agreement Form, in addition to payment for the Basic Services; however, the A/E shall not be compensated for any of the Additional Services listed in Sections 9.1.2 through 9.1.19 made necessary by any act or omission of the A/E or any of the A/E’s Consultants. 9.1.1. 3Unless waived by the Contracting Authority in writing, authorization to provide Additional Services must be obtained prior to providing the Additional Services.
