Common use of 2017 – Phase II Construction Clause in Contracts

2017 – Phase II Construction. Payment in 2017 for Phase II Work shall be in the amount of $2,397,984 (the “2017 Phase II Payment”). The 2017Phase II Payment shall be paid in three (3) equal payments of $799,328 each to be paid on the following dates: April 15, 2017, August 15, 2017 and December 31, 2017.
