270 Record of decision. The Board of Trustees, Planning Commission, Board of Adjustment and Director shall maintain a record of their proceedings in the form of minutes, resolutions, ordinances, and memoranda of decision, as appropriate. The record shall include comments of the reviewing agencies as well as the recommendation of the Planning Commission for applications finally decided by the Board of Trustees.

  • Final Decision Concessionaire covenants that the decision of the Commissioner of Department, relative to the performance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall be final and conclusive.
