2Duties. 5.2.1 The Provider's Representative shall have full authority to act on behalf of the Provider for all purposes of this Agreement. The duties of the Provider's Representative shall include: (a) supervision of, and day to day responsibility for, the performance of the Services and the Provider's other obligations under this Agreement; and (b) attendance at the meetings he is required to attend subject to reasonable notice. 5.2. 2The Authority shall be entitled to treat any act of the Provider's Representative in connection with this Agreement as being expressly authorised by the Provider and the Authority shall not be required to determine whether any express authority has in fact been given.
