5Location Sample Clauses

5Location. During the Period of Employment, the Executive’s principal place of employment shall be the Company’s principal executive office as it may be located from time to time. The Executive agrees that he will be regularly present at the Company’s principal executive office. The Executive acknowledges that he will be required to travel from time to time in the course of performing Executive’s duties for the Company.

5Location. The Executive’s principal place of business for the performance of Executive’s duties under this Agreement shall be at the Executive’s office/residence, at or near Sausalito, California. The principal executive offices of the Company is currently located in Vancouver, Washington (or as otherwise authorized by the Board), and Executive understands and agrees that from time to time, the Executive shall be required to travel to the executive offices of the Company or to other locations on behalf of the Company to perform Executive’s duties hereunder.

  • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda.
