2Specific Services. The Picture Services shall include, but not be limited to, the following: (a) engaging and furnishing the services of Canadian and foreign resident persons or entities rendering services for the Picture, including below-the-line personnel for the Picture, administering the employee payroll and obtaining any necessary work permits; (b) overseeing the day-to-day production activities in Vancouver and Los Angeles for the Picture and providing all other production services which Sub-Contractor may be required to render pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement or which Studio may reasonably require to enable Sub-Contractor to complete the production of the Picture, and deliver to Studio all material required to be delivered pursuant to Schedule “J”, including, without limitation, the Picture Materials; (c) Sub-Contractor shall provide production status reports to the Studio representative [identified in Section 2.3(a)] on a weekly basis, in the form attached hereto as Schedule “F”, and in the event more detailed information is required by Studio, Sub-Contractor shall provide additional reports to Studio, upon request; (d) Sub-Contractor shall provide reports entitled “Sequence Calculator”, to the Studio representative [identified in Section 2.3(a)] on a bi-weekly basis, in the form of Schedule “M” attached hereto, to reflect the resource status of the production of the animation of the Picture; (e) Sub-Contractor shall provide Studio with the following at no charge to Studio: the space known as “The Red Bull Space” on the first floor in SP Canada’s Vancouver facility from the date of execution of this Agreement through to the Delivery Date (approximately March, 2016), which space shall be exclusively and entirely dedicated to Studio during such period. Tenant improvements are not included. In the event that such space is not available for use by Studio until on or about March, 2016, and as a result Studio is forced to move to alternate space at any time prior to March, 2016, then Sub-Contractor shall be responsible and pay for the cost of tenant improvements at the new location to the same standard as Studio incurred on “The Red Bull Space”. Production will supply all hardware/equipment/printers, during such period for use by Studio. Any problems with the equipment will be serviced by the equipment provider.   • Specific Services Contractor shall provide the services described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto. No additional services shall be performed by Contractor unless approved in advance in writing by the County stating the dollar value of the services, the method of payment, and any adjustment in contract time or other contract terms. All such services are to be coordinated with County and the results of the work shall be monitored by the Director of Health and Human Services Agency or his or her designee.

  • Basic Services The Architect/Engineer’s Basic Services include all disciplines identified in Article 15 and all related usual and customary design, consultant, and other services necessary and reasonably inferable to complete the Project, or any phase of the Project, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of this Agreement.

  • Design Services The Engineer shall perform services during the schematic design phase, the design development phase, the contract documents phase, and the bidding period as hereinafter specified.

  • Chiropractic Services This plan covers chiropractic visits up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits. The benefit limit applies to any visit for the purposes of chiropractic treatment or diagnosis.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network or non- network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits. For information about telemedicine services, our designated telemedicine service provider, and how to access telemedicine services, please visit our website or contact our Customer Service Department.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Web Services Our Web Services are designed to enable you to easily establish a presence on the Internet. Our Web Hosting and Design is composed of our Web Hosting and Design Publishing Component and other miscellaneous components. These components may be used independently or in conjunction with each other.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include: (a) administering, managing and maintaining Party A’s information application system and website system infrastructure; (b) providing system optimization plans and implementing optimization features; (c) assuring the security and reliability of the website application systems; (d) procuring, installing and supporting the relevant products produced by Party B, and providing training in the use of those products; (e) managing and maintaining all network and providing technologies to assure the reliability and efficiency thereof; (f) providing information technology services and assuring the reliable operation of the information infrastructure.
