2Use of Affiliates. Either Party shall have the right to exercise its rights and perform its obligations under this Agreement through any of its Affiliates. In each case where a Party’s Affiliate has an obligation pursuant to this Agreement or performs an obligation pursuant to this Agreement, (a) such Party shall cause and compel such Affiliate to perform such obligation and comply with the terms of this Agreement, and (b) any breach of the terms or conditions of this Agreement by such Affiliate shall be deemed a breach by such Party of such terms or conditions.
