PROCEDURE FOR DEALING WITH SAFETY ISSUES OR INCIDENTS 11.1 The Employer, the Employees and the Union agree that for the purposes of s. 81 of the WHS Act matters about work health and safety arising at the workplace shall be resolved in accordance with this procedure.
COMPLIANCE WITH HEALTH & SAFETY CODE § 25249 7(f) Xxxxxxxx agrees to comply with the reporting requirements referenced in Health & Safety Code § 25249.7(f).
COMPLIANCE WITH HEALTH & SAFETY CODE SECTION 25249 7(f) Ecological agrees to comply with the reporting form requirements referenced in California Health & Safety Code § 25249.7(f).
Clean Air Act and Federal Water Pollution Control Act 1. The contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 7401 et seq.
Cooperation on Tax Matters (i) Parent, Company (including any of its subsidiaries) and Shareholders shall cooperate fully, as and to the extent reasonably requested by the other party, in connection with the filing of Tax Returns pursuant to this Section and any audit, litigation or other proceeding with respect to Taxes. Such cooperation shall include the retention and (upon the other party's request) the provision of records and information which are reasonably relevant to any such audit, litigation or other proceeding and making employees available on a mutually convenient basis to provide additional information and explanation of any material provided hereunder. Company (and any of its subsidiaries) and Shareholders agree: (A) to retain all books and records with respect to Tax matters pertinent to Company (including any of its subsidiaries) relating to any taxable period beginning before the IPO Closing Date until the expiration of the statute of limitations (and, to the extent notified by Parent or Shareholders, any extensions thereof) of the respective taxable periods, and to abide by all record retention agreements entered into with any taxing authority; and (B) to give the other party reasonable written notice prior to transferring, destroying or discarding any such books and records and, if the other party so requests, Company (including any of its subsidiaries) or Shareholders, as the case may be, shall allow the other party to take possession of such books and records.
Compliance with Federal, State and Local Laws a. The Grantee and all its agents shall comply with all federal, state and local regulations, including, but not limited to, nondiscrimination, wages, social security, workers’ compensation, licenses, and registration requirements. The Grantee shall include this provision in all subcontracts issued as a result of this Agreement.
Safety and Protection 8.18.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for initiating, maintaining and supervising all safety precautions and programs in connection with the Work. The Contractor shall take all necessary precautions for the safety of, and shall provide the necessary protection to prevent damage, injury or loss to:
Civil Rights – General – 49 USC § 47123 The Company agrees to observe and comply with those requirements of the FAA set forth in Exhibit D, Federal Aviation Administration Required Provisions, as such requirements may be amended or interpreted by the FAA or the United States Department of Transportation from time to time. The Company shall comply with pertinent statutes, Executive Orders and such rules as are promulgated to ensure that no person shall, on the grounds of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability be excluded from participating in any activity conducted with or benefiting from Federal assistance. If the Company transfers its obligation to another, the transferee is obligated in the same manner as the Company. This provision is in addition to that required of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
