Common use of 3Recovery of Sums Due Clause in Contracts

3Recovery of Sums Due. 6.3.1Wherever under the Legal Services Contract any sum of money is recoverable from or payable by the Supplier (including any sum which the Supplier is liable to pay to the Customer in respect of any breach of the Legal Services Contract), the Customer may unilaterally deduct that sum from any sum then due, or which at any later time may become due to the Supplier under the Legal Services Contract.
