Tenant agrees to be solely responsible to check the smoke detector every thirty (30) days and notify Landlord immediately if the smoke detector is not functioning properly.
Smoke Detectors At Owner's expense, smoke detectors will be installed on the Property in working condition in accordance with the law prior to the tenant's occupancy. Production Support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop subscriptions is limited to web-based support only for your helpdesk support personnel. Red Hat is not obligated to support your end users directly.
