6Reporting Requirements. The Authorisee shall provide to the Grantor and the Independent Engineer/Consultant reports on a regular basis during the Authorization Period in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 and as set forth elsewhere in the Agreement and at all times provide the Grantor such information, data and documents as the Grantor may reasonably require.
