Additional Living Expense If a loss covered under Section I makes that part of the "residence premises" where you re- side not fit to live in, we cover any necessary increase in living expenses incurred by you so that your household can maintain its normal standard of living. Payment will be for the shortest time required to repair or replace the damage or, if you per- manently relocate, the shortest time required for your household to settle elsewhere.
Additional Labor Other. This charge is for additional labor not included in the quotation described in 8.2.1.15. This additional labor may include testing and labor activities completed to accommodate a specific customer request.

Additional Limitations of Liability Except as otherwise provided under the ISO OATT, the NTO shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, special, incidental or punitive damages including, without limitation, lost revenues or profits, the cost of replacement power or the cost of capital, even if such damages are foreseeable or the damaged party has been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of whether any such damages are deemed to result from the failure or inadequacy of any exclusive or other remedy. The ISO shall not be liable to the NTO or any other party for any damages resulting from any act or omission in any way associated with this Agreement, except to the extent provided for under the ISO OATT.
Additional Leave Any further leave granted beyond the normal thirty-seven (37) week period, or the forty-two (42) week period for special circumstances, will be unpaid leave without benefits.
Additional Requirements from Authorized Users An Authorized User may have distinct requirements that must be met by all individuals employed by or working for the Authorized User. The Contractor’s Staff Members will be expected to comply with these requirements as a condition of the placement.
Additional Licenses Customer shall not, and shall not authorize or permit any other person to (i) charge a cover charge or admission fee to the Service Location(s) at the time Video and/or Public View Video (or any part thereof) is being or is to be performed therein; (ii) permit dancing, skating or other similar forms of entertainment or physical activity in conjunction with the performance of Video and/or Public View Video (or any part thereof) unless Customer has obtained all necessary licenses and authorizations from the applicable copyright owners (Customer acknowledges and agrees that it shall be solely responsible for the payment of any charges or fees in connection therewith); or (iii) insert any commercial announcements into Video and/or Public View Video, or interrupt any performance of Video and/or Public View Video for the making of any commercial announcements, except that public address commercial announcements may be made concerning goods or services sold or offered to the public at the Service Location provided that no compensation (whether in money or in any other form) is paid by any person or entity, directly or indirectly, for such announcements unless pursuant to a separate written agreement which permits store-casting or ad- casting. Customer acknowledges and understands Customer may be responsible for additional music licensing or copyright fees for music contained in any or all of the Services, including, but not limited to Video and/or Public View Video.
