800 Service. 800 Service is a one-way inbound service originating on feature group facilities provided by the Company and terminating on a regular telephone line. The Customer is responsible for payment of all charges associated with such terminating calls rather than the calling party. The minimum call duration for 800 Service is 30 seconds with additional increments rounded up to 6 seconds.
