A/E. TFC has retained an A/E to provide: (i) professional architectural services and/or (ii) professional engineering services as defined in Texas Government Code, Chapter 2254, Subchapter A, the scope of both of which is set out in a separate architectural/engineering professional services agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “A/E Agreement”) for this Project.
