A/E’S ACCOUNTING RECORDS Sample Clauses

A/E’S ACCOUNTING RECORDS. A/E agrees to maintain, for a period of three (3) years after final payment under this Agreement, detailed records, books, documents, and papers which are directly pertinent to the services to be performed under this Agreement and records of reimbursable costs and expenses of other providers and provide such other details as may be requested by the County Auditor for the purposes of making audits, examinations, excerpts and transcriptions. A/E agrees that County or its duly authorized representatives shall, until the expiration of three (3) years after final payment under this Agreement, have access to and the right to examine and photocopy any and all detailed records, books, documents, and papers which are directly pertinent to the services to be performed under this Agreement and records of reimbursable costs and expenses of other providers for the purposes of making audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcriptions. A/E further agrees that County shall have access during normal working hours to all necessary A/E facilities and shall be provided adequate and appropriate workspace in order to conduct audits in compliance with the provisions of this Article 29. County shall give A/E reasonable advance notice of intended audits.

A/E’S ACCOUNTING RECORDS. A/E agrees to maintain, for a period of three (3) years after final payment under this Agreement, detailed records identifying each individual performing services, the date or dates the services were performed, the applicable hourly rates, the total amount billed for each individual, and the total amount billed for all persons, records of reimbursable costs and expenses of other providers and provide such other details as may be requested by the County Auditor for verification purposes. A/E agrees that County or its duly authorized representatives shall, until the expiration of three (3) years after final payment under this Agreement, have access to and the right to examine and photocopy any and all books, documents, papers, and records of A/E which are directly pertinent to the services to be performed under this Agreement for the purposes of making audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcriptions.   • Accounting Records Maintain adequate books and records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied, and permit any representative of Bank, at any reasonable time, to inspect, audit and examine such books and records, to make copies of the same, and to inspect the properties of Borrower.

  • Books, Records and Accounts Custodian acknowledges that all the records it shall prepare and maintain pursuant to this Agreement shall be the property of Fund and that upon request of Fund it shall make Fund's records available to it, along with such other information and data as are reasonably requested by Fund, for inspection, audit or copying, or turn said records over to Fund. Custodian shall, within a reasonable time, render to Fund as of the close of business on each day, a detailed statement of the amounts received or paid and of securities received or delivered for the account of Fund during said day. Custodian shall, from time to time, upon request by Fund, render a detailed statement of the securities and monies held for Fund under this Agreement, and Custodian shall maintain such books and records as are necessary to enable it do so and shall permit such persons as are authorized by Fund, including Fund's independent public accountants, to examine such records or to confirm the contents of such records; and, if demanded, shall permit federal and state regulatory agencies to examine said securities, books and records. Upon the written instructions of Fund or as demanded by federal or state regulatory agencies, Custodian shall instruct any sub- custodian to permit such persons as are authorized by Fund to examine the books, records and securities held by such sub-custodian which relate to Fund.
