COUNTY SHALL. A. Provide on-site access to proprietary software and hardware in order to conduct the business of these programs.
COUNTY SHALL. 1 1. COUNTY SHALL. .1 The County will transfer ownership of the property in Exhibit A to Housing Agency for the price of one dollar for the development of a 50 unit Housing First Building once the conditions in Section 2.2 are met.
.2 Commitment of all financing for the services for the project by County. County will be utilizing certain forms of financial assistance provided for by federal and state law, and by County policy. This assistance may include, but is not limited to, the use of Continuum of Care funding, Emergency Housing Account funding, billable Medicaid services under the Oregon Health Plan. County shall use its best efforts to determine availability of public financial assistance as expediently as possible.

The Housing Agency and County will be utilizing certain forms of financial assistance provided by federal and state law, and the parties policies. The assistance may include Project Based Section 8 Certificates and Continuum of Care funding, and others. The parties shall use their best efforts to determine availability of public assistance as expediently as possible.
COUNTY SHALL. 1. Each fiscal year develop an annual Work Plan and Budget for manpower, equipment, materials and contracts for CITY to provide normal maintenance and operation activities utilizing COUNTY's Maintenance Management System (MMS).
2. Develop a preliminary annual Work Plan to provide field operations, contract effort and support operations required to provide the level of maintenance requested by the CITY and within the "not to exceed" amount specified in this Agreement. The preliminary Work Plan will include estimates for manpower and equipment. This Work Plan will be based on the historical maintenance workload in the CITY, discussions with CITY staff of future priority and emphasis and changes in the composition of the COUNTY work force and contract capability. COUNTY shall submit the preliminary annual Work Plan to CITY for review by August 1 of each year for the fiscal year scheduled to begin July 1. The annual Work Plan shall be finalized by October 1, consistent with CITY recommendations and available resources. Plan shall include an allowance for miscellaneous work to respond to emergencies. The final annual Work Plan for each fiscal year shall be incorporated into and attached as part of this Agreement as Exhibit A, which will amend Exhibit A on an annual
COUNTY SHALL. 1. Provide contractorContractor staff with training related to eligibility document recognition, task management system, operational workflows, and agency overview.
2. Designate a centralized County location where incoming mail and imaging will occur.
3. Provide mail pick-up and delivery to the centralized County location.
4. Provide adequate and secure workspace to accommodate Contractor staff, scanning stations, PC’s, ancillary equipment, staging area, and an area to store scanned documents while awaiting destruction by County.
5. Provide on-site County staff member who will assist the vendorContractor with issues relating to unidentifiable mail, eligibility related questions, and poor document quality that may prevent successful imaging. Additionally, the on-site County staff member will act as a liaison between County regional and administrative staff and Contractor. 6. Provide and configure OnBase scanning licenses and software on the contractor PCs.

COUNTY SHALL. 1. Provide, for viewing only, Weed Abatement maps as necessary to accomplish the work. Maps shall remain the property of the County. They must be maintained in good condition.
2. Provide an County’s Project Manager or designee who will be available to assist Contractor in planning and outlining the work.
3. Pay for actual work done on previously approved site. All property measurements shall be made by County. All work orders shall be agreed upon by County and Contractor. Repeated unsatisfactory work will be reported to Deputy Purchasing Agent in charge of this Contract.
COUNTY SHALL. 1.1. Use CSF funds to pay for a portion of the cost of constructing a new library building as set forth in the Proposal in an amount not to exceed $5,000,000.
1.2. Upon completion of the new library building, at its sole cost and expense, improve, operate and pay for the operation and telecommunication expenses of the new library through the Maricopa County Library District with revenues from tax levied pursuant to A.R.S. § 48-3903.
1.3. Upon receipt of an invoice from the City, the County shall remit payment to City within thirty (30) working days for the County’s Project Cost contribution of $5,000,000.

COUNTY SHALL. 19 4.1.1 Provide CONTRACTOR four (4) hours advance notice for TDM 20 meetings scheduled beyond the hours of Monday through Friday, 9:45 a.m. 21 through 6:15 p.m.;
22 4.1.2 Provide CONTRACTOR a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours 23 advance notice on scheduled Parent Volunteer meetings, activities and events;
24 4.1.3 Communicate verbally with CONTRACTOR, in a timely and prompt 25 manner, when Child Care Provider staff may be temporarily released when child 26 care services will not be required for a period lasting one (1) or more hours.
27 4.1.3.1 When CONTRACTOR’s Child Care Provider staff is 28 temporarily released by COUNTY from providing services under this Agreement, 1 CONTRACTOR’s staff will have the option of leaving the COUNTY facility 2 described in Paragraph 6, Facilities, of this Exhibit “A” or remaining and
