Common use of A & I Liaison Clause in Contracts

A & I Liaison. On or before the first day of Services under this Agreement, the Concessionaire shall identify one or more officers or employees to act as their Accessibility and Inclusion Liaison (“A & I Liaison”), and will promptly provide their names and contact information to the Park Manager.

A & I Liaison. On or before the first day of Services under this Agreement, the Concessionaire shall identify one or more officers or employees to act as their Accessibility and Inclusion Liaison (“A & I Liaison”), and will promptly provide their names and contact information to the Park Manager. The Concessionaire’s A & I Liaison shall: act as liaison with the A & I Coordinator; educate and direct other Concessionaire staff in ADA matters and issues; and cooperate with the A & I Coordinator.
