Liaisons Sample Clauses

Liaisons. Each party shall designate a representative to serve as its liaison in all matters arising under this Agreement, and shall furnish in writing the name of each representative to the other party.

Liaisons. All project management and coordination on behalf of the Department shall be through a single point of contact designated as the Department’s liaison. Grantee shall designate a liaison that will provide the single point of contact for management and coordination of Grantee’s work. All work performed pursuant to this Contract shall be coordinated between the Department’s liaison and the Grantee’s liaison. The liaisons for this Contract are:

Liaisons. Each party will designate an individual to serve as the liaison between the parties to undertake and coordinate any day-to-day communications as may be required between the parties relating to their activities under this Agreement. Each party may change such liaison from time to time during the term of this Agreement upon written notice thereof to the other party.

Liaisons. We, (county prosecutor) and (each law enforcement agency having patrol jurisdiction) shall each designate one or more persons to serve as a liaison to appropriate local and county school officials.

Liaisons a. The Parties acknowledge they have a close working relationship and that neither Party desires an overly bureaucratic or formal communication structure. If different liaisons are designated by either Party after the execution of this Agreement, notice of the name, telephone number, and email address of the new liaison shall be provided in writing to the other Party and said notification shall be attached to this Agreement.

Liaisons. Contractor shall designate an employee of its administrative staff and EOHHS hereby designates its Contract Officer, who shall act as liaisons, between Contractor and EOHHS for the duration of the Agreement. The Contract Officer shall receive all inquiries regarding this Agreement and all required reports. Contractor also shall designate a member of its senior management who shall act as a liaison between Contractor's senior management and EOHHS when such communication is required.

Liaisons. We, the Hunterdon County Prosecutor and the Readington Township Police Department, shall each designate one or more persons to serve as a liaison to appropriate local and county school officials. The Hunterdon County Executive Superintendent of Schools and the Readington Township Superintendent of Schools, pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:16-6.2(b)1, shall similarly designate one or more persons to serve as a liaison to the county prosecutor's office and to the respective local law enforcement agency. In many districts this liaison(s) may be the vice- principal, school social worker, student assistance coordinator, guidance counselor, or other staff member. The roles and functions of these liaisons are to: o facilitate communication and cooperation; o identify issues or problems that arise in the implementation of this Agreement and facilitate the resolution of any such problems; o act as the primary contact person between the schools and the affected law enforcement agencies; o act together in developing joint training and other cooperative efforts, including information exchanges and joint speaking engagements; o coordinate drug and alcohol abuse and violence intervention and prevention efforts; and o consult on the review of school safety and security plans, pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:16-5.1, and the review of approved model policies of the School Security Task Force.

Liaisons. To assist the parties in the day-to-day performance of this Agreement, to ensure compliance, and provide ongoing consultation, a liaison shall be designated by the County and the Grantee. The County and the Grantee shall keep each other continually informed, in writing, of any change in the designated liaison. At the time of execution of this Agreement, the following persons are the designated liaisons:
