Common use of A Member assigned Clause in Contracts

A Member assigned. to teach in a semestered school shall notify the Board, in writing, not later than the first school day following the March Break of the Member’s intent to retire effective the end of that same school year.

A Member assigned. to teach in a non-semestered school shall notify the Board, in writing, not later than the first school day following the March Break of the Member’s intent to resign or retire effective the end of that same school year.
