A Mutual Covenant. This covenant to keep Trust Property separate and apart after the death of the Settlor’s named spouse is entered into mutually by Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx’s spouse, and is set out in identical form in the XXXXXX XXXXXX XXXXX Trust u/d/t June 29, 2011. Xxxxxxx agrees and understands that this covenant cannot be revised, modified, amended or revoked during Xxxxxxx’s lifetime without the signed written consent of and joinder by Xxxxxxx’s spouse.
