Disposition of Trust Estate. Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, and except with respect to the sale of inventory in the ordinary course of business, the Borrower shall not sell, assign, transfer, pledge or otherwise transfer or encumber or dispose of all or part of the Trust Estate, whether voluntary or by operation of law, except with the prior written consent of the Beneficiary.
Disposition of Trust Estate. The Trustee shall administer the trust estate for our benefit. The trust shall be designated the FREDERICK D. SANXXXXX XXX XXXXXXX X. SANCIXXX Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxst Under Agreement Dated December 13, 2002, and shall be held and administered as follows:
