ERROR RESOLUTION NOTICE In Case of Errors or Questions About Your Electronic Transfers, Call or Write us at the telephone number or address listed in this disclosure, as soon as you can, if you think your statement or receipt is wrong or if you need more information about a transfer listed on the statement or receipt. Effect of Notice of Redemption Once notice of redemption is mailed in accordance with Section 3.03 hereof, Notes called for redemption become irrevocably due and payable on the redemption date at the redemption price. A notice of redemption may not be conditional.
Written Designation The Owner shall designate, in writing, a representative authorized to act on the Owner's behalf with respect to the Project.
