Common use of A one Clause in Contracts

A one. year (1) extension of leave granted under this paragraph shall be considered provided that the request for such extension is received in Human Resources no later than forty-five (45) calendar days prior to the expiration date of such leave. If the leave expires at the end of the school year, such notice shall be given prior to May 1.
