A: Winner Responsibilities. The results of the current year race shall be documented and presented to the Recording Secretary of the Corporation within 10 days following the event. Winners of the Turtle Race shall be responsible for certain activities during the Turtle Race held the following year. If any previous year winner cannot fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated below, the Corporation Member shall contact the Board of Directors as soon as possible. The Board shall determine an alternate provider of the services. The Corporation shall reimburse the responsible Corporation Member for any and all reasonable expenses associated with their responsibilities as described below:
