A7 Smart Meters. 4.1.1 Management structure A. Smart meters deployed for electricity monitoring and management of District Level Renewable Energy Systems [Action 10 and Action 11]. In this case, the initial investment as well as the investment will be under the responsibility of the construction company. However, the maintenance and repair would be the responsibility of property owners.
