AAA Rules. At the request of either party, the Expedited Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association shall be used instead of the Voluntary Labor Arbitration Rules.
AAA Rules. Except as expressly provided in this Section 7.11, the Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Commercial Rules of the America Arbitration Association as then in effect.
AAA Rules. The processing of a grievance at Step IV shall be in accordance with the Voluntary Labor Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association except in those circumstances where the expediency of the issue may best be served by utilizing the Expedited Arbitration Rules of the AAA. In such cases, the use of the Expedited Rules shall be exercised only in those cases where mutually agreed.
AAA Rules. The American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Arbitration Rules in effect on the date of this Agreement will govern the selection of the arbitrator and the arbitration process, unless otherwise agreed to in this Agreement or in another written agreement.
AAA Rules. “AAA Rules” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(a).
AAA Rules. 8.18.1. By mutual agreement the Expedited Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association shall be used instead of the Voluntary Labor Arbitration Rules.
8.18.2. The fees and the expenses of the arbitrator shall be shared equally by the parties.
8.18.3. Any time limit designations may be extended or shortened by mutual written consent of both parties.
