Abandoning your Tenancy. New clause added. 1.8 (a) If you cease to occupy your home as your only or principal home and do not return the keys to us or let us have written notice that you are leaving, we may serve a notice to quit at the home to end your tenancy. If you do not contact us before this notice expires, we will consider that your tenancy has ended and will ask the court to regain possession of your property. 1.8 (b) In the event that St. Leger Homes of Doncaster regains possession of the home through the court, we will remove and store any items left in the home but not rubbish or damaged goods. We will serve a notice under the provisions of section 41 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, telling you when you must collect your possessions. We will give you at least one month to do this. We will send the notice to your last known address or to any forwarding address that you have given us. If the items are not collected, we will dispose of them and charge you for the cost of storage and disposal.

  • Holdover Tenancy Unless this Sublease has been extended by mutual written agreement of the parties, there will be no holding over past the Term under the terms of this Sublease under any circumstances. If it becomes necessary to commence legal action to remove Subtenant from the Premises, the prevailing Party will be entitled to attorney’s fees and costs in addition to damages.

  • Covenants Running with the Land All Obligations contained in this Mortgage are intended by Mortgagor and Mortgagee to be, and shall be construed as, covenants running with the Land.   • AT&T-12STATE acknowledges that CLEC may have an embedded base of one-way trunks ordered and installed prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement that were used for termination of CLEC’s Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic to AT&T-12STATE (Embedded Base). To the extent that CLEC has such an Embedded Base, CLEC shall only augment trunk groups in the Embedded Base with the mutual agreement of the Parties. CLEC shall not order any new one-way trunk groups following the Effective Date of this Agreement. Moreover, the Parties agree that the Embedded Base will be converted to two-way trunk groups under the following circumstances:

  • Covenant Running with the Land The dedication and commitment made by Shipper under this Article 2 is a covenant running with the land. For the avoidance of doubt and in addition to that which is provided in Section 18.4, in the event Shipper sells, transfers, conveys, assigns, grants, or otherwise disposes of any or all of its interest in the Dedicated Properties, then any such sale, transfer, conveyance, assignment, grant, or other disposition shall be expressly subject to this Agreement and any instrument of conveyance shall so state. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Shipper shall be permitted to sell, transfer, convey, assign, grant, or otherwise dispose of Dedicated Properties free of the dedication hereunder (i) in a sale or other disposition in which a number of net acres of Dedicated Properties that, when added to the total of net acres of Dedicated Properties theretofore and, where applicable, simultaneously disposed of free of dedication hereunder pursuant to this Section 2.4, does not exceed the aggregate number of net acres of Dedicated Properties acquired by Shipper after the Original Agreement Effective Date, including in a transaction in which Dedicated Properties are exchanged for other properties located in the Dedication Area that would be subject to dedication hereunder or (ii) in a sale of Xxxxx located on Dedicated Properties that are pooled or unitized with the properties of third parties that are not Dedicated Properties if Shipper is not the operator of such unit; provided, however, that any such sale, transfer, conveyance, assignment, grant or other disposition of Dedicated Properties shall not include, and there shall be expressly excluded therefrom, any Well that is or has been connected to the Gathering System (whether producing, shut-in, temporarily abandoned or which has been spud or as to which drilling, completion, reworking or other well operations have commenced) or which is located on a Well Pad for which a Connection Notice has previously been delivered by Shipper (unless the completion of such Well has been delayed and Shipper has paid the costs and expenses incurred by Gatherer in connection therewith in accordance with Section 3.3(d)). At the request of Gatherer, the Parties shall execute and record an amendment to the memorandum of this Agreement previously entered into, as provided in Section 18.16, to reflect additions to the Dedicated Properties.

  • F orce Majeure CONTRACTOR shall not be assessed with liquidated damages or unsatisfactory performance penalties during any delay beyond the time named for the performance of AGREEMENT caused by any act of God, war, civil disorder, employment strike or other cause beyond its reasonable control, provided CONTRACTOR gives written notice of the cause of the delay to COUNTY within thirty-six (36) hours of the start of the delay and CONTRACTOR avails himself of any available remedies.

  • Tenancy If for any reason the Tenant or Tenant’s guest(s) fail to comply with this Lease Agreement, or the Tenant misrepresented themselves in this Lease Agreement or on the Rental Application, the Tenant may be found in violation of this Lease Agreement and at the Landlord’s decision this document may become Void.

  • B7 Licence to Occupy Premises B7.1 Any land or Premises made available from time to time to the Contractor by the Authority in connection with the Contract shall be on a non-exclusive licence basis free of charge and shall be used by the Contractor solely for the purpose of performing its obligations under the Contract. The Contractor shall have the use of such land or Premises as licensee and shall vacate the same on completion, termination or abandonment of the Contract.
