Examples of Lessee's Personal Property in a sentence
Any Award made for loss of Lessee's business during the remaining Term, if any, for the taking of Lessee's Personal Property, or for removal and relocation expenses of Lessee in any such proceedings shall be the sole property of and payable to Lessee.
Lessee covenants and agrees that the Leased Property and Lessee's Personal Property shall not be used for any unlawful purpose.
Lessee, at the commencement of the Term, and from time to time thereafter, shall provide Lessor with an accurate list of all such items of Lessee's personal property (collectively, the "Lessee's Personal Property").
