Abandonment of Personal Property. The Tenant hereby grants Landlord the authority to declare that any personal property is abandoned property if such personal property has been left on the Premises immediately after lease expires and Tenant has vacated. The Tenant specifically authorizes Landlord to dispose of such personal property in whatever manner the Landlord deems appropriate. Tenant agrees that Landlord shall not be liable in any way for any destruction, conversion or disposition of such personal property. Tenant assumes fees associated with disposal of such items.
