Abandonment of the Rights. The abandonment for any right stipulated by the agreement shall be based on the written signature of the lessor. The facts that the renting fee or other items the lessee paid is insufficient to the amounts stipulated by the agreement, or with the consent of the lessor, do not have any influence on the right of the lessor to claim for the arrearage and the rights to take other measures according to the agreement or laws and regulations.
