Common use of Abandonment or Reversion Clause in Contracts

Abandonment or Reversion. In the event of an “Abandonment” or a “Reversion”, each as defined in Article II of the Operations Agreement, this Agreement will terminate automatically on the earlier of (a) the effective date of PTG’s Notice of Reversion or (b) forty-five days after the effective date of Healthtech’s Notice of Abandonment.
