Common use of Abandonment Clause in Contracts

Abandonment. Tenant shall not vacate or abandon the Premises at any time during the term of this Lease and if Tenant shall abandon, vacate or surrender said Premises, or be dispossessed by the process of law, or otherwise, any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises shall be deemed to be abandoned, at the option of Landlord, except such property as may be mortgaged to Landlord.

Abandonment. Tenant shall not vacate or abandon the Premises at any time during the term of this Lease and if term. For purposes of this Section 23.1, “abandon” shall mean Tenant vacating the Premises and ceasing to maintain the Premises and/or paying Rent in accordance with the terms of this Lease.

Tenant shall not vacate or abandon the Premises at any time during the term of this Lease Term; and if Tenant shall abandon, vacate or surrender said Premises, the Premises or be dispossessed by the process procase of law, or otherwise, any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises shall be deemed to be abandoned, at the option of Landlord, except such property as may be mortgaged to Landlord.

Abandonment. Tenant shall not vacate or abandon the Premises at any time during the term of this Lease term; and if Tenant shall abandon, vacate or surrender said Premises, or be dispossessed by the process of law, or otherwise, any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises shall be deemed to be abandoned, at the option of Landlord, except such property as may be mortgaged to Landlord.

Abandonment. Tenant shall not vacate or abandon the Demised Premises at any time during the term of this Lease lease; and if Tenant shall abandon, vacate abandon or surrender said Premises, the Demised Premises or be dispossessed by the process of law, or otherwise, any personal property belonging to Tenant Xxxxxx and left on the Demised Premises shall be deemed to be abandoned, at the option of Landlord, except such property as may be mortgaged to Landlord.

Abandonment. Tenant shall not vacate or abandon the Premises at any time during the term of this Lease Lease, and if Tenant shall abandon, vacate or surrender said Premises, or be dispossessed by the process of law, or otherwise, any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises shall be deemed to be abandoned, at the option of Landlord, except such property as may be mortgaged to Landlord. Abandonment. Tenant shall not vacate or abandon the Premises at any time during the term of this Lease and if Term. If Tenant shall abandon, vacate abandon or surrender said the Premises, or be dispossessed by the process of law, law or otherwise, any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises shall be deemed to be abandonedafter such abandonment, surrender or dispossession shall, at the option of the Landlord, except such property as be deemed abandoned, and Landlord may be mortgaged to Landlordsell, store, or otherwise dispose of it at Tenant's expense.

Abandonment. 18.01 Tenant shall not vacate or abandon the Premises at any time during the term of this Lease and Term; and, if Tenant shall abandonvacate, vacate abandon or surrender said Premises, the Premises or be dispossessed by the process of law, law or otherwise, any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises shall at the option of the Landlord be deemed to be abandoned, at the option abandoned and belong to Landlord free and clear of Landlord, except such property as may be mortgaged to Landlordany further interest of Tenant.
