Abide by Terms and Conditions. PURCHASER(S) hereby agree/s that PURCHASER(S) shall abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable laws and should there be any contravention or non-compliance of any of the provisions of this Agreement, PURCHASER(S) shall be liable for such act and if any loss is occasioned to PROMOTER, PURCHASER(S) shall indemnify PROMOTER for such loss. PURCHASER(S) hereby undertake/s that PURCHASER(S) shall abide by all laws, rules, regulations, notifications and terms and shall be liable for defaults and/ or breaches of any of the conditions, rules or regulations as may be applicable to the COMPLEX.

Abide by Terms and Conditions. Should my organization fail to abide by the rules and regulations of the ArtsBoston Audience Initiative, I understand that my organization’s list extraction rights will be revoked, at minimum, for the duration of the calendar year and possibly longer, including in perpetuity. In addition, my organization may be held liable to any other participant should this misuse result in any legal ramifications.
