Abiding by the Regulator's decisions and requirements. Each PGRE shall, and shall use its reasonable endeavours to procure that all its employees, officers, agents and sub-contractors shall, abide by and comply promptly with the decisions and requirements of the Regulator which the Regulator may issue in accordance with its remit.
