Agreements Relating to Sentencing 10. The government agrees to recommend that the Court impose a sentence of imprisonment within the applicable guidelines range and to make no further recommendation concerning what sentence of imprisonment should be imposed.
GOVERNING LAW AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES 8.1 The execution, validity, interpretation, performance, implementation, termination and settlement of disputes of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of PRC.
Governing Law; Attorney’s Fees This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to the conflicts of law provisions thereof. In the event legal proceedings are commenced to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to collect its reasonable attorneys’ fees from the non-prevailing party.
APPLICABLE LAW AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES 28.1 This Agreement shall, in all respects, be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force from time to time in the State of Israel.
Agreement to Governing Law and Jurisdiction Each party agrees to the applicable governing law above without regard to choice or conflicts of law rules, and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts above.
