Ability to Download Data Sample Clauses

The "Ability to Download Data" clause grants users the right to access and retrieve their data from a service or platform. Typically, this clause outlines the formats in which data can be downloaded, any procedures or limitations involved, and the timeframe within which users can request or obtain their data. Its core function is to ensure users maintain control over their information, facilitating data portability and compliance with privacy regulations.
Ability to Download Data. At any time during Customer’s subscription period, Customer will have the ability to download any Customer Data then stored in the Solution. Customer will not have the ability to download Customer Data following any expiration or termination of Customer’s subscription period, and Forward Networks will have the right to delete any Customer Data in its sole discretion at that time.
Ability to Download Data. At any time during the term, but only during the Services Period, as the Software functionality permits, Client may have the ability to download User Content and/or Output then stored in the Software. After the termination of the Services Period Client’s ability to download User Content or Output will cease, and AECOM will, at its sole discretion, have the right, but not the obligation, to delete any of the User Content and/or Output.

  • Ability to Service The Servicer is an approved seller/servicer of conventional residential mortgage loans for ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac, with the facilities, procedures and experienced personnel necessary for the sound servicing of mortgage loans of the same type as the Mortgage Loans. The Servicer is in good standing to service mortgage loans for either ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac. The Servicer is a member in good standing of the MERS system;

  • Marking of Data Pursuant to Paragraph A above, any Data delivered under this Agreement shall be marked with the following legend: Use, duplication, or disclosure is subject to the restrictions as stated in Agreement HR0011-XX-9-XXXX between the Government and the Performer.

  • Access to Data Operator shall make Data in the possession of the Operator available to the LEA within five (5) business days of a request by the LEA.

  • Ability to Bear Risk The Purchaser represents and warrants that (i) the financial situation of the Purchaser is such that the Purchaser can afford to bear the economic risk of holding the Shares for an indefinite period and (ii) the Purchaser can afford to suffer the complete loss of the Purchaser's investment in the Shares.

  • Customer Materials Subject to Section 4(a), all right, title and interest (including all Intellectual Property Rights) in and to the Customer Materials are owned by Customer or Customer’s suppliers.
