Common use of ABL License Agreement Clause in Contracts

ABL License Agreement. (i) The ABL License Agreement shall, in whole or in part, terminate, cease to be effective or cease to be legally valid, binding and enforceable against ABG-Viking, or (ii) the Borrower or any other Loan Party shall, directly or indirectly, disavow or contest in any manner the effectiveness, validity or enforceability of the ABL License Agreement; or
