Ablution facilities. 21.1 Prior to commencement of the construction/erection of the improvements and throughout the duration of the work, the Building Contractor shall provide a suitable and properly operational water borne or chemical toilet (green coloured) on the Erf and shall ensure that such facility is at all times maintained in a clean, hygienic and neat condition.
