About the Card. The Card is a prepaid card. The Card is not a credit card. The Card is not a gift card, nor is it intended to be used for gifting purposes. The Card is not a checking or savings account. You will not receive any interest on your funds in your Card Account. There is no credit line associated with your Card. The funds in your Card Account will be insured to the maximum coverage limit provided by the FDIC, through the Issuer, once we have been able to verify your identity. The Card is and will at all times remain the property of the Issuer and must be surrendered upon demand. The Card is nontransferable, may not be resold, and may be canceled, repossessed, or revoked at any time without prior notice subject to applicable law. You agree to sign each Card immediately upon receipt. You agree to only use the Card for personal, family, or household purposes. We may refuse to process any transaction that we believe may violate the terms of this Agreement or applicable law. All dollar amounts stated herein are in U.S. Dollars (“USD”) unless expressly stated otherwise. The Card is not offered in all states. Refer to the table below for a current list of states where the Card is not offered. If you are located in or move to a state where we do not offer the Card, we may close your Card Account and return any Balance to you as permitted by applicable law. the funds loaded to your Card Account minus any pending loads or pending authorizations, minus funds spent or withdrawn from the Card Account and minus any and all applicable fees. If your Available Balance is insufficient to cover any transaction amount or any transaction fee(s) assessed or both, the transaction may be declined. If you use your Card Number without presenting your Card (such as for a mail order, telephone, or online purchase), the legal effect will be the same as if you used the Card itself.

About the Card. The Card is provided to you for loyalty, reward or promotional purposes at the request of the Sponsor as part of the Program. The Card is a prepaid product that may only be loaded by the Sponsor with a specific amount of funds as determined by Sponsor under the Program. The value of the Card is the amount printed on the Card. You may not add more funds to the Card. The funds made accessible to you following activation of your Card are provided by the Sponsor, not the Issuer. The Sponsor is fully responsible for ensuring that funds are available to be loaded to your Card. Using the Card and Limitations. The Card should be active when you receive it. If you experience difficulty when using your Card, please call Customer Service. Subject to the limitations set forth in this Agreement, you may use the Card one time only to purchase food at a quick serve restaurant in the U.S. where Discover debit cards are accepted. Your purchase may not exceed the available value of the Card which is printed on the front of the Card. The Card can only be used to make a single, card-present purchase transaction at a quick serve restaurant and cannot be used to obtain cash from an automated teller machine (“ATM”) or from a merchant at point-of-sale. This Card is NOT a credit card, nor is the Card connected in any way to any deposit or other account. The Card is NOT a gift card. The Card is not a credit card. This allows you to use the Card Account and minus any and all applicable feesin a Chip reader terminal in addition to the common magnetic swipe terminal. Your Card has Contactless Transaction functionality. Youmay use your Card to make a Contactless Transaction for purchases at Contactless Terminals without having to sign or enter a PIN. You can use your Card with Contactless technology across various Merchants accepting Contactless transactions. If your Available Balance is insufficient Card has Contactless Transaction functionality which youuse frequently then you may periodically be asked to cover any authorize a transaction amount or any transaction fee(s) assessed or both, the transaction may be declined.
