About the Services. 5.1. Wallet. The ‘Wallet’ enables you to electronically hold, send and receive funds in the form of non-cash payments through the Airwallex Platform. The funds in the Wallet can be in multiple currencies but only in the Supported Currencies that we offer, which may change from time to time. The funds in your Wallet may be used to make Payments or FX Conversions in accordance with this Agreement.

About the Services. 6.1 Airwallex provides various types of Services which you may choose to use from time to time. These Services may include collection services, payout services, foreign exchange services, online payment acceptance services, card services, business administration services and technology services. By using the Services, you also agree to any additional terms specific to the Services you use (‘Additional Terms’). The Additional Terms, together with these General Terms and the Fee Schedule, become part of your agreement with us (collectively, the ‘Terms').
About the Services. The Services include User scheduling, reminders, to-do lists, provision of patient records, telehealth, e-prescribing (covered under a separate Terms of Usage), outcome measures, and billing information, and related features that can be used by Users and Providers.
About the Services. Jirav provides the Services via the Website and hereby agrees to provide the Services to Customer and (i) employees, contractors, or agents of Customer who are authorized to access and use the Services (a) in the administration of accounts established by Customer and (b) in the course of their performance of work for Customer (“Administrative Users”); and (ii) in the case where Customer is an accounting firm or other channel partner, individuals or entities who are clients of Customer and are authorized by Customer to use the Services solely with respect to the applicable client’s own account (“Customer Clients”). “Authorized User” means Administrative Users and Customer Clients. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Jirav will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Customer the Services in accordance with the Service Level Terms attached hereto as Exhibit A. Subject further to the terms hereof, Jirav will provide Customer with reasonable technical support services in accordance with the terms set forth in Exhibit A.
About the Services. As a requirement under the Lender Agreement, Lender requires that Customer store the DataSet with GulpData pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Customer shall work with GulpData in good faith to set up, install, and maintain an interface (the “Interface”) between Customer’s systems and the GulpData Service to allow for the real-time access and extraction of the DataSet for the duration of the Term (as hereinafter defined in Section 5.1). Such DataSet shall be made available to GulpData in an un-encrypted format, at all times. Customer shall not block, interfere or tamper with, or otherwise prohibit, the Interface from accessing, analyzing and extracting the DataSet. Customer shall for the duration of the Term continue to update and service the DataSet. Any such blocking, interfering, tampering or otherwise prohibiting such Interface, or failing to update or service the DataSet required to be made available hereunder, shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement by Customer. In consideration for the Service Fees set forth herein, and the other consideration provided to GulpData hereunder (including pursuant to Section 7 hereof), GulpData shall store and maintain a copy of the DataSet in the Services during the Term. Customer hereby grants GulpData the right to access, store, maintain, update and otherwise use the DataSet in order to provide the Services to Customer during the Term.

Xometry hosts and maintains an online platform available at the Website that enables Xometry’s buyers to upload their three-dimensional (3D) models for their manufacturing projects. Xometry maintains a vendor manufacturing program consisting of a network of third-party manufacturers (each, a “Partner”) capable of performing manufacturing services in order to offer our buyers greater efficiencies including pricing, certifications and lead times while always striving for excellent quality manufacturing services. When a buyer uploads their Specifications (as defined below) for a manufacturing project, Xometry will either manufacture, or subcontract with one of Xometry’s Partners to have manufactured, the parts, assemblies or items to be delivered pursuant to the buyer’s order (each, a “Part”).
About the Services. “INTERCAM BANCO” shall submit the “CUSTOMER” the services subject matter of this section, within the days and schedules established by “INTERCAM BANCO”. The “CUSTOMER” authorizes “INTERCAM BANCO” to send it such notifications determined according to the law in force, as to the events carried out through the Voice to Voice Telephone BANKING SERVICE, to the notification mean consisting in the e-mail address previously provided by the “CUSTOMER” to “INTERCAM BANCO” and that is entered in its systems. THREE. AUTHENTICATION FACTORS AND USERS. The “CUSTOMER”, before executing the Agreement, has been notified by “INTERCAM BANCO” on the functioning, characteristics and scopes of the Authentication Factors, which with the signature of this Agreement are accepted by the “CUSTOMER”. The “CUSTOMER”, by means of the Managing User, who may be previously appointed from time to time through the Exhibit of the Voice to Voice Telephone Banking Service, who may be in charge of the management of users, understanding as management of users the process performed by the Managing User to appoint and/or revoke Authorized Users [SIC]. Each of the users shall have the authorization referred to in article 310 of the Code of Commerce, therefore, they shall be considered as factors of the “CUSTOMER” for all the legal purposes that may arise and, therefore, may give any kind of instructions to carry out operations in name and on behalf of the “CUSTOMER”, under the terms stated by the “CUSTOMER” or the Managing User. The “CUSTOMER” may require “INTERCAM BANCO”, in writing and at any time, the cancellation or disenabling of Users or the Authentication Factors when so deemed pertinent in order to prevent access to unauthorized third parties to the Voice to Voice Telephone BANKING SERVICE.

All of the traits and historic pricing information are examined by the Services and assigned a score based on the rarity of the traits and value historically assigned to such traits by buyers and marketplaces of NFTs, are based on third party information made available by the NFT marketplaces that our Services follow or integrate with.
