A Global Account clause defines a consolidated account or ledger that aggregates financial transactions or balances across multiple regions, subsidiaries, or business units within an organization. In practice, this clause specifies how all relevant financial activities are recorded under a single account, regardless of geographic or organizational boundaries, and may outline the procedures for reporting, reconciliation, and access. Its core function is to streamline financial management and reporting by centralizing data, thereby improving oversight and reducing administrative complexity.
Global Account. The Global Account is a currency collection service where Airwallex will provide you with local bank account details in Supported Jurisdictions and Supported Currencies which you can provide to payers. A Global Account may be subject to Additional Terms for a Supported Jurisdiction. Subject to any Additional Terms, such bank account shall be opened in the name of Airwallex and any funds received into such account are received by Airwallex as your limited agent and you hereby appoint Airwallex as your agent for such purposes.
Global Account. After we created your Okoora Profile, you may request to open a Global Account via the Okoora Platform. You may use Global Accounts in connection with products we provide under the applicable Product Terms.
Global Account. This Agreement shall govern the availability and use of the various services provided by Angra HK Limited and its affiliated entities (“Angra Services”). Anyone who accesses or uses any or part of Angra Services (the “client”, the “customer”, “user”), agrees to become bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If a user does not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, he/she must not access or use any of Angra Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, customers shall regularly review the terms and conditions of this Agreement. They may access the latest version of this Agreement at any time on ▇▇▇▇▇’s website. This Agreement is effective and legally binding on the date when the customer applies for Angra Account or otherwise uses Angra Services. Customers’ acceptance of this Agreement and use of Angra Services serves as confirmation that they fully understand and accept these terms and conditions.
