An employee A Bargaining Unit Member who is called to serve as a juror or subpoenaed as a witness, other than for Department Business shall be entitled to court leave for time spent in court and traveling to and from the institution and the court, provided the Bargaining Unit Member provides five (5) calendar days’ notice of the potential court date or jury duty (or provided notice upon receipt of a subpoena if received less than five (5) calendar days before the court date).
