ABSENCE DUE TO JURY DUTY. In case a regular employee is known to have served on any duly constituted jury, he shall be paid for hours necessarily absent from work less jury fees. Such pay shall not exceed the pay for his normal work week. Hours spent on jury duty plus hours worked shall not exceed eight (8) hours per day except on the long day when the combined hours shall not exceed the total hours in the long day.
