ABSENCE FOR UNION DUTIES. 25.1 No individual employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the Company without the proper authorization of the Union. In order that this may be facilitated, the Union shall keep the Company informed at all times as to the names of its officers, stewards, and members who may be appointed or elected from time to time to any committee or the position of a local Union representative.
